Last year’s record: Third at state

First meet: Leavenworth Invitational at home on Tuesday, March 29

Coach’s perspective:
“My goals are the same every year. It’s not about winning for me. It’s about helping each kid meet their potential … and basically to have them be goal set and work really hard to try to achieve those goals, not to take shortcuts, and to be motivated by failure instead of petrified by it.” —head coach Chris Dunback

Player’s perspective:

“[I am most excited] to jump higher and to reach my goal, which is to jump 12 feet on pole vault.” —junior Jordan Fullerton

Player’s perspective:
“I’m excited to see these first few meets where everyone is at. We got third at state last year, so I think it’ll be interesting to see how this new team shapes up and see if we can maybe make another state run.” —senior Derek Meeks
