Gallery: Forensics competes at Shawnee Mission East

The forensics team competed at SME and earned a 2nd and 5th place finish for two teams made up of Kaleb Shukeat, Dutch Platt, Thomas and Travis Babcock Friday, April 19.

Arguing pro for this years resolution, senior Kaleb Shukeat debates over whether India should become a permanent member of the UN. Shukeat and his partner sophomore Dutch Platt placed 5th on the first day of competition at Shawnee Mission East.

Abby White, JAG editor in chief

This will be Senior Abby White’s second year on JAG yearbook staff. She will be taking on the position of editor-in-chief alongside seniors Avery Liby, Taylir Charest, and Sammie Volkamer. Other than yearbook, she is a member of the school basketball and tennis team, Psychology Club and a RFL ELT. Outside of school, Abby loves being around friends and family, watching Netflix and eating constantly.
