Ben Hoepner, JAG student life editor

Senior Ben Hoepner is a photographer and student life section co-editor on the JAG yearbook staff along with Jessi Mitchell. This is his second year on staff. Outside of yearbook, Ben participates in Make-A-Wish, MV Outreach, Relay for Life, and NHS. Though he is a boy, Ben is included under the title ‘sister friends’ along with his yearbook companions.

Eyes fixated on the drum majors conducting in front of her, junior Jayna Smith plays the flute at the Central States Marching Festival on Saturday, Oct. 26. "My favorite part would have to be performing in the stadium," Smith said. "Combining the atmosphere of the band with the size of the college stadium and people in the audience made for an experience I'll never forget." The band received a rating of two for their set.
